Climafiber® — natural cellulose fiber with Zawax particles, developed by Togas Innovations. Zawax, particles embedded in the molecular structure of the fiber synthesized from natural wax.
As a result, the fiber acquires the ability of natural thermal circulation, maintaining an ideal microclimate around the heat source, which, among other things, is the human body.
Wax is an energy-intensive material. The peculiarity of its molecular structure is the ability to quickly modify the aggregate condition. Originally being in a solid state, Zawax particles synthesized from wax, taking the excess heat inside themselves, begin to soften and harden if necessary to give heat back. Since changes occur in the nano-size, it does not reflect on the consumer qualities of the fiber.

Natural cellulose fibers are used in the production of Climafiber®.
The main raw material for such fibers is wood pulp obtained from trees that are subject to planned felling – sanitary felling designed by forest management systems for the purpose of improving the forest, as well as preventing forest fires.
We purchase wax from a partner apiary production in Greece, Zakynthos island. Therefore, the name of the particles is ZAWAX (Zakinf + Wax). The harvest cycle is spring/autumn.
The amount of wax used in the production of Climafiber® fibers is minimal.
It minimizes risk of allergic reactions. Climafiber® is a natural product invented to improve the performance of synthetic fibers.
